The Commercial Double Bowl  Sink DBSU1865 sink is made up of high-grade 304 stainless steel so that it can be more water and rustproof which in addition makes it a further long-lasting and durable workstation for that water exposure. The Double Bowl & Drainer Sink with its ergonomic design makes it a perfect workstation for any commercial kitchen. Although this construction is a dedicated platform for the prep counter, it is widely used as a wash-up sink beside a commercial dishwasher.

The current requirement for a commercial kitchen is that you must have a minimum of 3 x sink bowls.  This is for hand washing, food prep, and washing up. Depending on your situation you might require more sink bowls, also in some circumstances a prep sink is not required.
