The cabinet also benefits from a large GN pan space at the rear of the cutting board making it ideal for salads and sandwich preparation. The under storage (GN 1/1) maximizes valuable available space with two easy loading doors. There is a useful lid to cover the top containers. The storage temperature of the open-well in the Unifrost Double-door Saladette Fridge will vary on the ambient temperature around the cabinet. The top well has a massive capacity of  2 x GN1/1 & 2 x 1/4 GN while each door beneath has two shelves each to store raw ingredients. The High-density polyurethane insulation ensures that the cooling is perfectly locked while your foods are stored. The equipment is installed with a robust compressor and comes with a two-year warranty to ensure a hassle-free service
